I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I felt welcomed and cared for. Natalie, my dental hygienist, was outstanding! She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why it was important. She made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment, and I left feeling much more informed about my dental health. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Taylor, who answers the phones, was equally amazing. She was so kind, patient, and helpful every time I spoke with her. Great customer service like hers makes such a difference, and she made the entire scheduling process easy and pleasant. It’s clear this office values both exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional dental team. I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff created such a calm and comfortable environment that immediately put me at ease, which made a huge difference during my visit. Dr. Keni was exceptional! She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. I also really appreciated how she discussed my future dental care and treatment plan, giving me clear recommendations and helping me feel confident about maintaining my oral health moving forward. I truly felt like everyone genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. I felt welcome from the time I walked into the office, the coffee and tea bar was very inviting. I appreciate that the wait was not long before being called back to start my visit. The dental assistant and the hygienist Natalie was very informative regarding my oral care. Thank you so much. The last process of the day was when Dr Keni came in, I appreciate her chair side manner and warm smile that made me feel comfortable. Dr. Keni was informative and gentle in her approach. I am thankful i was able to get both my cleaning and treatment done same day. Thank you ! I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Keni and her staff are a Gem!!!!

From Natalie who cleaned my teeth, to Tyra and Dr. Keni filing my cavities, & even the friendly front office staff - this team is so wonderful. They prioritize your comfort & are happy to explain or re-explain all parts of the process to you (my first visit, they discussed the payment plans with me and reviewed all my options patiently & I had lots of questions). I really dislike the dentist but felt extremely welcome & comfortable here. They go out of their way to make accommodations for more anxious patients & I was so appreciative. Thank you guys so much!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my first appointment with Dr. Keni today, and it was truly the most comprehensive dental exam I have ever experienced. Dr. Keni spent a significant amount of time reviewing my X-rays, asking detailed questions about my dental home care routine, and thoroughly explaining my oral health status and recommended treatment plan. What impressed me most was the level of attention and care. My previous dental exam was only a year ago, and I was simply told that I had a nice smile after a cleaning. Potential areas of concern were never discussed. Dr. Keni took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and ensure I fully understood both the current state of my dental health and the path forward. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and welcoming. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the warm greeting at the front desk to the detailed explanation of my insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs, I was met with kindness, transparency, and genuine care.
